Jim is in his 4th decade of ministry with 20 years as a local church youth pastor, and currently serves as the Vice President of Ministries at Youthfront, a 75-year-old para-church organization in Kansas City committed to creating holistic, missional environments for Christian formation. Jim has served in various other roles, including national leadership teams with his church denomination, speaking at conferences, church consulting, and individual coaching. Jim is also an Advanced Certified LifePlan Facilitator of The Paterson Center. His education includes a B.A. and a M.A. degree, both in Youth Ministry Leadership. Jim and his wife, Tina, live in Overland Park, KS where they have raised three grown daughters who share the same birthday.
