Megan DeWald serves as the Assistant Director of the Institute for Youth Ministry at Princeton Theological Seminary in New Jersey. In this position, she runs the Certificate in Youth and Theology program and manages digital content, all with a vision for equipping and inspiring leaders who work with teenagers and young adults. A fifteen-year veteran of the youth ministry landscape, Megan has worked in a variety of contexts and denominations, from traditional congregational ministry to social justice work.
Believing in the power of personal story to transcend the boundaries we build between us, Megan is also a writer, poet, activist, and musician. A graduate of Houston’s University of St. Thomas and of Princeton Theological Seminary, she loves reading, learning, traveling, eating, napping, and her beagle, Bono.
