Tori has served in a variety of ministry contexts over the last decade. She recognized a call to ministry while working at Urban Ministry in Birmingham, Alabama and also has been able to serve the college ministry of a large, suburban church, as well as small, rural churches. Each ministry opportunity has afforded Tori with a unique set of skills for developing leaders, systems, and ministries. Tori is currently an Associate Pastor at Canterbury United Methodist Church, where she preaches and teaches regularly as well as helps develop and maintain sustainable systems for ministry. Tori graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics and Duke University with a Masters of Divinity. She is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her pastor husband and two children Brooks and Eliza. When not ministering and mothering, Tori loves reading, learning, cooking, and coming up with projects that are slowly transforming her fixer-upper house into a home.
