Aly joined Ministry Architects with a unique blend of skills in wealth management, non-profit strategy, education, and human resources. As an AmeriCorps inner-city teacher in Washington DC, along with travels and missionary work, a passion for larger-than-life ideas took her faith journey to new heights. She carried this enthusiasm post-AmeriCorps to the opposite end of the economic spectrum, a burgeoning Fortune 500 Company, where after years of rising through the ranks she decided it was high time to listen to God’s gentle voice calling her into full-time ministry work! She’s been cheerfully partnering with non-profits and churches, across the entire economic spectrum, ever since.

A proud graduate of both Fairfield University and the University of Virginia, Aly is passionate about using her expertise to help tackle audacious challenges through a multi-industry lens. Her latest passion projects involve non-profit board leadership, missional innovation, and social enterprise empowering refugees and survivors of human trafficking. (All in a day’s work!) Mom to three fabulous middle schooler daughters, Aly and her husband love this wondrously grace-filled journey.
