Bianca is a native of Portland, Oregon, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an ordained Baptist Minister. Bianca is a a graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Broadcast/Journalism, Howard University School of Divinity where she received her Masters of Divinity, and Princeton Theological Seminary, receiving a Masters of Theology.
Bianca has served as a full-time Associate Pastor and Children, Youth and Family Pastor at Zion Baptist Church in Marietta, GA for 16 years. She also served for many years as a Hospital Chaplain at Emory University Hospital and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in their Pastoral Care Departments.
Bianca has held many Leadership roles in organizations like Baptist Woman in Ministry, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Princeton Theological Seminary Alumni council. She recently earned a certificate in Innovation & Youth Ministry through Princeton Seminary’s Institute for Youth Ministry. She also has an Executive Leadership Certificate for Woman in Ministry from Princeton. Serving the church and God’s people is the heart who Bianca is and she finds great joy in her career in ministry in the areas of preaching, speaking, teaching, writing, and networking.
Bianca is married to another minister, Reverend Joseph T. Howard, Sr. and together they have a daughter, Rose Victoria, and a son, Joseph, Jr. In her free time, Bianca enjoys traveling, going to the movies, going to amusement parks, playing tennis, and doing anything outside.
