Doug Ranck has been in ministry since 1979 and presently serves as an Associate Pastor of Youth and Pastoral Care in Santa Barbara, California. Doug is also a member of the writing team with Interlinc Media, a pastoral mentor for the New Frontiers program of the Westmont College Gaede Institute, a mentor coordinator for regional churches in the Los Angeles area, and has written numerous articles for youth ministry magazines and websites. He has published as the author of the Creative Bible Lessons Series: Job (Youth Specialties/Zondervan) and has written chapters in other books. Doug completed undergraduate work with a B.A. in Religion and a Master of Arts in Religion (emphasis on Christian Education). Doug is happily married to Nancy, a proud father of three adults, two in-laws, and a grateful grandpa. He never gets tired of looking at the Pacific Ocean from his office.
