Doug Ranck has been in ministry since 1979, presently serving as an Associate Pastor of Youth and Pastoral Care in Santa Barbara, California. Doug coordinates a local network of youth leaders/pastors, is a member of the WriteGroup with Interlinc, a pastoral mentor for the New Frontiers program of the Gaede Institute, a mentor coordinator for the Free Methodist Church of Southern California, and has written numerous articles for youth ministry magazines and websites. He has published as the author of the Creative Bible Lessons Series: Job (Youth Specialties/Zondervan) and has written chapters in other books. Doug graduated from Greenville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministries and from Asbury Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religion. Doug is happily married to Nancy, a proud father of three adults, two in-laws, a proud grandpa. He never gets tired of looking at the Pacific Ocean from his office.
