Staff Consultant
Jim is in his 4th decade of ministry with 20 years as a local church youth pastor, and currently serves as the Vice President of Ministries at Youthfront, an 80 year-old church assisting organization in Kansas City. Jim has served in various other roles, including national leadership teams with his church denomination, speaking at conferences, church consulting, and individual coaching. Jim is also a Certified LifePlan Guide of The Paterson Center. His education includes a B.A. and a M.A. degree, in Youth Ministry & Leadership. Jim and his wife, Tina, live in Overland Park, KS where they enjoy their three grown daughters and two granddaughters.
