Kami brings nearly 20 years of experience as an elementary educator and currently teaches college courses for aspiring teachers, where she continues to invest in the growth and development of future educators. Through her work in education, she developed strong skills in communication, organization, and encouragement, all of which now serve her well in supporting churches and ministry leaders.
In addition to her background in education, Kami has experience working in a church office, giving her a firsthand understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps ministry running smoothly. She enjoys creating practical, thoughtful solutions that help churches stay organized and focused on their mission, and she is passionate about supporting leaders through dependable, meaningful work.
Kami and her husband, Adam, live in Central Arkansas with their son, Evan, and their Boston Terrier, Pepper. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting Adam in ministry, birdwatching, baking sourdough, and exploring the beauty of Arkansas in her Jeep.
