Michelle Turnbull brings more than 30 years of administrative experience to her work, including two decades specializing in IT, survey management, and database support. She is passionate about helping ministries operate effectively through strong systems, organization, and relational care.
Alongside her husband, Michelle serves as Senior Pastor of a local non-denominational church in Connecticut and has spent the past decade deeply invested in youth ministry. She is also pursuing certification in marriage counseling with her husband, reflecting their shared passion for strengthening families, teaching healthy relationships, and supporting people through pastoral care and encouragement.
Outside of ministry and administrative work, Michelle enjoys knitting, exercising, singing, cruising, and spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of four children and grandmother of two.
