David is the senior pastor at Fellowship of Faith in McHenry, Illinois. His heart is for helping people connect with God wherever they happen to be in life, especially among younger generations. He thinks he has a great sense of humor (yeah… but it’s weird!) and loves nothing more than to help people get lost in the Biblical text. He’s served as an adjunct professor at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL, with Christian parochial schools, and has coached church leaders in helping their churches thrive. He has degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Concordia Seminary, and did his undergrad work at Valparaiso University, where he met his wife. David produces a podcast, Questions You Never Thought You Could Ask in Church.
David and his wife, Tina, currently live near the Wisconsin border about an hour northwest of Chicago, but half their heart is buried in Colorado where they once lived. They have three kids. In his spare time he enjoys movies, working out, reading, and mountain sports.
