Florence brings over three decades of administrative and coordination experience, with a long-standing reputation for being the person who ensures “the job’s not done until the paperwork is finished.” She has a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to see how individual pieces fit into the larger picture, making her especially effective in roles that require organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
She has a particular passion for event planning and communications, where she enjoys creating welcoming, well-organized environments and helping craft messages that inspire, educate, and engage. Florence believes communication has the power to shape understanding and change hearts, and she brings that conviction into every project she supports.
Outside of her professional work, Florence and her husband of 42 years have built a life rooted in faith, family, and service. They have raised two children and now delight in spending time with their grandchildren. Deeply connected to her church community, she volunteers with student ministry and is passionate about helping the next generation discover their value and identity. She also serves alongside her husband in the Elks organization.
In her personal time, Florence enjoys reading—especially murder mysteries—watching British detective shows, and singing karaoke whenever she gets the chance.
