Ilse is a non-denominational pastor with a passion for helping ministries build healthy, sustainable systems that allow leaders to serve with clarity and confidence. She enjoys streamlining operations and supporting ministry teams through a combination of administrative precision, relational care, and deep empathy. Her background includes degrees in Theology and Pastoral Counseling, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree focused on how grief and lament can serve as tools for pastoral support and leadership care.
In addition to her operational work, Ilse invests in Bible education and apologetics nonprofits and enjoys mentoring Christian women in the workplace as they grow professionally and spiritually. She is passionate about equipping and encouraging leaders in ways that strengthen both ministry and personal well-being.
Ilse and her husband, Chris, are the proud parents of two adult sons. Outside of ministry, she enjoys reading theological works, traveling with Chris, and embracing the quiet rhythms of everyday life.
