Jill brings more than 20 years of experience in social work and over a decade of ministry leadership as a Missions Director, with a deep passion for serving vulnerable communities and strengthening the local church. She believes churches play a vital role in helping communities flourish and is committed to supporting ministry leaders so they can focus on their calling and the people they serve.
Originally from California, Jill moved to the Washington, DC, area for graduate school, where she now lives with her husband and children. She currently leads teams at a nonprofit focused on ending homelessness and brings strong experience in leadership, project management, and operations. Known for her planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail, Jill enjoys working behind the scenes to create systems and support that help ministries thrive.
